Are you often considered a ‘weirdo’ by those around you for seeing the world differently? Or is it an identity you’ve won yourself by breaking numerous societal conventions? Are you a victim of their sneer for persisting where they think you can only fail?
If this helps, the world is crawling with people like that. Those who are comfortable with what they are handed down. Because they do not believe in a better and easier world, they challenge the grit of those who do. I usually say that the world has too many followers, and very few leaders. If we look back through our history, we’ll find this to be abundantly true. Most of what we currently enjoy as modern people, we owe to those the world branded as weirdos.

What a time we live in, when man-made satellites surround Earth like stars, entire cities are built on water, foods can really just be synthetic compositions, and AI’s are supplanting human skill. Every creation of note in our present world suggests the working of a “weirdo” mind. Suggests deviation and madness and grit.
If it bothers you to be thought of as weird, find joy in knowing that you are the very stuff this world needs. The days of normalcy and comfort are long gone.
